Application:
1). As a natural or synthetic flavor with a sweet fruity aroma similar to raspberry, it is widely used to flavor foods such as candies, pastries, ice cream, beverages, jams and so on.
2). Can be compounded with other spices (such as vanilla, strawberry) to enhance the fruit flavor.
3). In perfume, cosmetics (such as lotion, shampoo) as a flavor component, giving the product a fresh fruity flavor.
4). Commonly used in the formulation of floral or fruity flavors to enhance the level of aroma.
5). Some studies have shown that it may have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory or metabolic effects (e.g. animal experiments show the effect on adipocyte differentiation).
Storage:
1). Store in a cool, dry, airtight container protected from light, away from heat sources and open flames.
2). Suggested storage temperature: usually room temperature (10-30℃), avoid extreme temperature (high temperature may accelerate decomposition).
3). Use sealed glass bottles or polyethylene containers to prevent moisture absorption or exposure to air (prolonged exposure may oxidize).
4). Use as soon as possible after opening, or fill with inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) for sealed storage to minimize contact with oxygen.
5). Avoid co-storage with strong oxidizing agents, strong acids / strong bases to prevent chemical reactions.
